Main Features of Forged Stainless Steel Gate Valve:

• Body and bonnet are bolted together for valves up to classes 800, 1500, 2500, and 4500. Upon request, valves with weldable bonnets can also be provided
• Valve body-bonnet assembly screwed with seal-welded design for classes 1500, 2500, 4500.
• Gate and Globe valves available in Class 800 that are bellows-sealed
• Spiral-wound stainless steel gaskets and graphite fillers are used on bolted body-bonnet joints to prevent leaks
• An inner packing ring made of die-formed graphite and an end ring made of braided graphite, reinforced by Inconel wire and corrosion inhibitor
• The stem-disc connection between the gate valve and the stem meets API 602 and API 598 standards for strength
• A smooth operation is ensured by the rolled ACME thread on the stem
• Back seating stem with a tapered shoulder
• Using stud and nut tightening to align the gland assembly
• Globe and check valve seats with hard-faced bodies
• The spring-loaded disc on the check valve
